Technical support options explained
If you buy a Standard Flexible Subscription, this includes free technical support by email.
Perpetual licenses no longer include free technical support, and you have three options:
- No technical support - we will of course still provide support for installation, activation and account queries. If time allows, we will also aim to answer your queries about using the software.
- Standard email support (£50 / $80 per month) - this is the same level of support included with Standard Flexible Subscriptions. You can submit queries through our new support ticketing system, and your queries will take priority over non-subscribers.
- Premium support (£200 / $299 per month) - this is the highest level of support including several hours of consultancy support. For example we can help with tasks such as importing data and base models into your CityCAD models. You can submit queries through our new support ticketing system and these will receive the highest priority.
Perpetual licenses purchased before 12 May 2013
You will still receive free technical support as per the terms of your software license agreement.
