Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel any order for any reason and at any time during the first 14 days after ordering.

If you have already activated your copy of CityCAD, then please go to the Product Activation window and click 'Deactivate'. A 'Deactivation Code' will be displayed - please make a note of this and include it when you contact us to cancel your order.

Can I cancel by email?

Yes you can email us to cancel an order, by writing to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

We will process cancellation emails promptly and in good faith, but please note that very occasional errors may occur in email transmission and we cannot guarantee that your email will be received within the 14-day period. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours we recommend you try an alternative method of contacting us.

Will I get a refund if I cancel an order within 14 days?

If you have made any payment to us before you cancel an Agreement within the first 14 days of a licence, then it will be refunded to you. We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

Please note that if you have set up a monthly subscription, then the first card payment will not normally be taken until 7 days after the order.

How do I cancel other types of Licence?

You may cancel 3, 6 and 12-Month Licences, Perpetual Licences and Educational Licences within the first 14 days.

When can I cancel a Flexible Monthly Subscription?

You can cancel these at any time in the first 14 days. After this, you can cancel an ongoing monthly subscription by giving us 30 days' notice, or by logging in to your WorldPay FuturePay agreement and cancelling your payment agreement.

If you cancel your monthly subscription after the first 14 days (by giving notice to us or by cancelling your FuturePay agreement with WorldPay), then you will still be able to use the software for the rest of the month and no refund for that part of the month will be given.
